PROVIDING EQUIPMENT, SERVICES, AND SOLUTIONS FOR THE COLLISION REPAIR INDUSTRY SINCE 1985
- Are You Ready For Aluminum Repair?
Ford’s new F-150 will feature an aluminum body, bed and support. This is big news for collision repair shops that want to be able to repair the most popular truck on the road in North America. The need for an isolated work area for aluminum repair is not a matter of preference, opinion or regulation, but a simple matter of science and safety. Aluminum and steel don’t mix, and if they do get together during the repair process the results can be problematic. Besides isolating the aluminum repair process from the rest of the shop, other specialized tools will be required to perform approved aluminum repairs as well, including specific welding equipment, specialized aluminum dust extraction systems, and rivet guns designed specifically for aluminum repairs. Whatever your equipment needs may be to meet these aluminum repair procedures, PFC has the solution. Click on the link below for more information.
Precision for Collision (PFC) has been supporting the collision repair industry in Northern California and Nevada since 1985. Starting with a single line of frame equipment, a year later, we added paint booths, installation, and service to best serve our growing customer base.
This lead to the successful evolution of providing shop design services for our customers to enhance productivity and cycle time. Production space comes at a premium and PFC has built a solid reputation for helping customers make every square foot become as productive as possible. That solid reputation has prompted many customers from around the country to have us help them design or re-design their facilities for maximum output.
In 1994, PFC took on the CAR-O-LINER line of frame and structural repair equipment, adding to our list of “state of the art” collision repair equipment. With our equipment lines and services, we have the ability to take you from an empty building to a fully functional collision repair facility.
Our most recent addition to our services is the opening of a complete 7,500+ square foot showroom / training facility that features every single piece of equipment we sell installed and fully functional. We encourage all our customers to come in and use the equipment before they make a final decision on their purchase. Our Global Finishing Solutions Ultra Plus One Spray booth (installed at our facility) is fully equipped to process water-bourne paints as well as speed along traditional solvent based coatings.
Think how advantageous it is to actually use the equipment before you make the important decision on what to purchase.
We at PFC are committed to providing our customers with only the best service and access to the highest quality equipment the collision industry has to offer.
